2. Design Warranty

2.2. Warranty Period: The Design Warranty period shall be 30 Days, commencing from the date of website launch.
2.3. Coverage: The Design Warranty covers design-related issues that adversely affect the functionality, aesthetics, or usability of the website. This includes but is not limited to layout inconsistencies, broken links, and design elements not rendering correctly on supported devices and browsers.
2.4. Exclusions: The Design Warranty shall not apply and we shall not be liable for any issues arising due to hacking, malware, viruses, or any unauthorized third-party activities that compromise the website's security and functionality. We recommend that you take appropriate security measures, such as regular updates and backups, to safeguard your website.
3. Warranty Claim
3.1. Reporting Defects: To initiate a warranty claim, you must report the identified design defects to our customer support team in writing within the Warranty Period. The report must include a detailed description of the issues and, if possible, screenshots or examples.
3.2. Our Response: Once we receive your warranty claim, we will promptly review the reported defects and respond within a reasonable time frame. We may request additional information or access to your website to assess and resolve the reported issues.
3.3. Remediation: If the reported design defects fall within the scope of the Design Warranty, we will undertake reasonable efforts to rectify the issues in a timely manner. The extent of our remediation shall be at our sole discretion.
3.4. Resolution Time: We aim to resolve warranty claims promptly. However, the resolution time may vary depending on the complexity and severity of the reported issues.
4. Limitations
4.1. Duration of Coverage: The Design Warranty is applicable only for the specified Warranty Period. Any design defects reported after the expiration of the Warranty Period will not be covered.
