3. Warranty Claim

3.1. Reporting Defects: To initiate a warranty claim, you must report the identified design defects to our customer support team in writing within the Warranty Period. The report must include a detailed description of the issues and, if possible, screenshots or examples.

3.2. Our Response: Once we receive your warranty claim, we will promptly review the reported defects and respond within a reasonable time frame. We may request additional information or access to your website to assess and resolve the reported issues.

3.3. Remediation: If the reported design defects fall within the scope of the Design Warranty, we will undertake reasonable efforts to rectify the issues in a timely manner. The extent of our remediation shall be at our sole discretion.

4. Limitations
